The only thing we didn’t love was how sweet the syrup for the french toast was but it’s easy enough to just not soak as much of it into your french toast. I really could spend a lot of time talking about how much loved the food, but the easiest way to sum it up was that every single item we got was amazing. I definitely wish more restaurants did this. The pancake flight lets you try three different pancakes, or a french toast, and the benedict duo lets you try two different eggs benedict, so with just two dishes you’re really trying five different things, which is amazing. We absolutely loved that there were so many ways to try different things at Snooze. We waited about an hour and 15 minutes before our table was ready but it was totally worth it for the food. You’re gonna wait for a table, based on talking to people there’s really no way around it. I’ll get the one downside out of the way first. So when we do eat brunch I want it to be “fancy”, and exceptionally well done. Review: It’s actually pretty rare that my wife and I eat brunch because I am of the opinion that I can make most breakfast and brunch items at home much cheaper. Flight (cinnamon bun, blueberry danish, orange cranberry), Benedict Duo (Pork Belly and Verde Pork) While it’s a little pricey and you’re probably going to wait for a while to get seated, in my opinion it’s absolutely worth the wait and the price. SNOOZE BREAKFAST COLORADO FULL
Snooze started with two brothers, Jon and Adam, who believed that the only thing better than a full plate was a clear conscience. As our guests have discovered since 2006, our dishes are anything but regular – and that’s just the way they like it.īut being different doesn’t stop at the plate, it’s the way we do business. From benedicts to bloody’s to whatever you’re feeling at the moment, we’re always looking to turn our food upside down and on its side.

That’s why we do breakfast, but different. At Snooze, we’ve found that scripts are a lot like pancakes – they’re best when flipped. Most breakfast spots start with the same script: Eggs, batter, coffee, and a big ol’ griddle.
